I’ve been thinking about the concept of keeping public notes on effective web ministry.

Today I’m starting it.

For years I have been following the call of God on my life, trying to figure out what is the best way I can use the talents, gifts, and desires he’s given me. I love to resource others. I love to be involved in marketing. I love the internet. I love good customer service. I love seeing overall effectiveness in business and in ministry. However I don’t always see it.

I want to be able to equip the Body of Christ in such a way that she is able to be more effective in ministering to people all around the world. Currently my role is to do it full time for Campus Crusade for Christ’s Global Technology Office. I’ve always wanted a way to publish my thoughts online and with the blog concept, I decided this would be a great way I could do it. It’s quick and efficient. This is a direct application and overflow of my ministry.

I hope to post links to articles, write my own commentary, notes, and mini-articles on here to equip and challenge you (and me!). If you are in ministry and want to use the internet as a way to do ministry (be it online evangelism or discipleship), then hopefully this site can be a resource for you.

To have an effective web ministry you need to make sure you are addressing the many issues involved in marketing, delivery, and response.

The Three Components

• Marketing: Let the right people know your site exists for them
• Delivery: To move someone thru your site to desired action
• Response: To engage people in conversation for ministry
