Have you ever had poor service? It stinks. Sometimes I understand why customer service people don’t do a great job, but then other times I just have to scratch my head and wonder what their deal is.
Karin, a friend of mine has had her troubles also. Hopefully she was dealing with the “hired help” from the Christmas rush. Even still, anyone who is a part of your ministry is a part of your overall branding and marketing.
Be wise with who you employ and have volunteering with you. But most of all, listen to the people you deal with and be sensible!
