		<description>You're right.  I did get an answer within an hour.  That's pretty impressive.  I give them credit for that and apologize I didn't make that clear earlier.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, this is a pretty significant ministry and their customer service people don't know what RSS is.  My point is that this is a technology that needs to be embraced more and more in Christian communities.</description>
