		<description>I did not read the article, but I am in process of redesigning a ministry site.  One of the things I plan to do which has never been done is to implement a custom Error 404 page which should hopefully divert the problems with deep links.  Also, the redesign will employ a new menu structure, a new folder structure, and  valid HTML (still thinking about XHTML, though) and CSS.  Those two should improve accessability for disabled folks.</description>
