Garrett at YourTotalSite.com has a great post about using auto responders that don’t allow people to reply. I ran into this just the other day. I received an email that gave me an announcement…one that I was glad to receive. I hit reply to ask a question pertaining to that announcement but got it bounced back. I have to go to the website and hunt down how to interact with them.

I decided not to.
