NetMechanic.com has another great article about a principle I used to mention all the time but lately have forgotten. The article is called Design Tip: Contact Pages Keep Visitors In Touch and the tip is simple:
A certain amount of basic contact information should appear on every page - the usual location is a page footer.
The reason? They list a few, but for me it’s because we can’t assume that everyone will read your article online. Many people print out an article and pass it around the office. Having contact info on the printout allow people to get back to your site.
The article also goes into a few more items about how people can contact you. Good read.
