One of the websites that I am involved with is www.jesusfactorfiction.com. Like most websites, we have a feedback or response form. Since the purpose of the website is to answer questions about Jesus Christ, the Bible, life after death and more we wanted to make sure that if someone didn’t find their answers online that they could ask a real person.
At first we were answering all the questions ourselves, but this became overwhelming. So we integrated the Ministry Response Center, which utilizes volunteers around the world to answer questions. This has helped greatly. Recently I was excited to learn from a teammate who answers questions for the Ministry Response Center that someone has come to Christ after viewing the Gospel presentation on the JESUS:Fact or Fiction? website and he is following him up with discipleship materials all through the response center.
If you have an online ministry, are you equipped to handle the responses?
