It’s important to understand how search engines work and what they are wanting to do. That’s why I found this article from Fortune Magazine quite interesting: Yahoo Searches for the Future of Search.
Their goal is to take on social networking through the use of tags. If you don’t get it, read the article.
I think this is a great way to try out ministry. Try bookmarking some evangelistic and bridge strategy websites in del.icio.us. What about ministry photos in Flickr? Any other thoughts?
Meanwhile Dan is blogging about the difference in Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 and church websites.

I stumbled upon your post and given your interest in web 2.0, search, and new tagging and bookmarking sites, I thought you might like to try out http://www.blinklist.com. We are also working on a new concept called “spaces” for groups and communities. If you might be interested just shoot me an email.
