I don’t even know what category to put this in, but yesterday I posted on another blog I’m a part of, RealityBlogs.com this quote from a press release from ABC and ESPN:
Later this month [January 2006], ESPN will make additional content available…including “Knight School,” the forthcoming reality program featuring Texas Tech basketball coach Bobby Knight, which will premiere on iTunes.
Did you get that? The TV show is going to premiere on iTunes, not TV.
I don’t know what this means for effective web ministry, but I have a feeling that this year we’re going to see the way we access TV explode into so many different access points. This stuff is fascinating.
UPDATE: There’s more on this from TV Squad.
