		<description>I really like the etomite CMS (www.etomite.org). I've found it easier and more flexible to configure than Joomla.  Granted some html knowledge is needed to get the template going (and a little php would help!), but non-techy clients have found it really easy to update and it's pretty resource friendly as well! (it's also good seo wise with friendly urls)

(wordpress is great as a blogging cms!)
