Today is Internet Evangelism Day - a Christian web outreach focus day for the worldwide church.
Patricia and I want to encourage you to get be involved in what God is doing on the internet. Here are some simple ways you can be involved:
- Become an email volunteer. Yesterday I prayed for and encouraged two people who said they trusted Christ for the first time. One was in UAE and the other was in Egypt.
- Join an online discussion. For instance, I wrote an article entitled The skepticism of Brown, McDowell, and Me. Come and interact with us there.
- Start a blog. They are free and you can say what you want to say.
- Write your story and publish it. Then you can send people to your story online. Provide a link in your email signature, for example.
There’s plenty of other ideas out there. So what do you say? There are over a billion people online right now. At least a third of them speak English. You can connect with some of them, around the globe, today!
