If you have more than one user account on a network (or you share your blog) just add both usernames to the box on in the admin panel, seperated with a space. We could contract for a monthly fee and say that our response line is fully staffed. Then we could offer a cut to the people who handle calls each month. Or maybe not. Definitely a great idea and one that needs fine-tuning from a business standpoint.
