		<description>I like the free program InfranView to resize also.  I keep a folder with all resized "bloggable" pics.  It allows a fast "resizer". I just choose 500 pixels for one dimension, and it automatically generates the other number to keep the picture proportional.  I haven't been able to figure out why people would want to upload a picture too large, wait for that, then downsize.  I'd rather downsize before loading it to the web at all!  Yeah, please resize pics!  Wordpress.com won't even LET you upload a large pic.</description>
