A bit late to the discussion, but Greg Koukl (of STR.org) has daily/weekly podcasts. I'm not really "into" the whole podcasting thing but there's info here:

Apologetics is a big issue. Some people think of one or two lines of apologetic thinking and call that apologetics, but that does not address all the issues that the surrounding culture has with Christianity. To do a full blown apologetics you must address the issues presented by the culture. Mars Hill Audio does a great job of addressing the various issues but it comes from a fairly intellectual level. Even so I highly recommend them. Another issue is that they are not free, but you can get samples to try out.

Peter Kreeft has some audio resources available for download. The audience may not be for non-christians, but he has good topics.

Thanks for prompting me to put up a page on the IE Day site about this:
podcasting.

Jerry, do let me know, via the site, when your EveryStudent podcast is running and I will put a link on the page

YES! I am presently working on developing a podcast for EveryStudent.com. I expect that we will have a weekly article published and then add a link to download the audio file on each article's page.
