In the Bible, the Lord God Commands:

1) Do not eat any of the fat of cattle, sheep or goats and Kill whoever eats the fat. 

2) Whoever eats the fat of the animal from which an offering by fire is offered to the Lord God, even the person who eats shall be killed and cut off from his people.

3) Do not eat the sin offering and the guilt offering: They belong to the priest who makes atonement with them.

On the other hand,

Eating the fat of an offered animal is not forbidden in the Quran but it is allowed and recommended.  The offered animal e.g. a cow or sheep is divided into three thirds, one third is to be given to the poor as a charity, the second third is given to the friends as a gift(s) and the last third is eaten by the one who offered the animal.  Of course, the more you give to the poor is the best in the eyes of Allah but the least is the third.

None of the offered animal is given to a priest because there is No Priesthood in the Quran and in the Islam.
