How many times does a question have to be asked to qualify for a drinking game?
I was curious, so I searched for “1Cor.14:34-35″ (The verses in the Christian Bible that tell lady ministers to sit down and shut up). I got 798 hits across all questions, 30 of them open at the moment. Three people, or one person with three IDs, is asking the question once every 20 minutes this morning.
Then I searched for my favorite, “still monkeys”, but excluded the words “arctic”, “sea”, “pet”, “pets”, and “report”. That got 848 hits, most of them asking if man evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys. Only 3 of the “still monkeys” questions were open, one from a troll.
“Still Monkeys” has been asked so often that it is now a drinking game to you regulars. How about “1 Cor 14 34:35″?
I ask out of ignorance. I dabble here, just enough so that when I answer a question about Unitarian Universalism my “Top Contributor” badge adds some credence to my answer, but I’m not a regular by any means.

It is not just frequency. There is a vapidness factor. “Still monkeys” shows a severe lack of education on what evolutionary theory says. “Why are atheists here?” shows an inability to discern between religion as a topic and a religion itself. “1 Cor 14 34:35″ is just spam — endless assertion of doctrine.
