Is it wrong to go to my volleyball practices or games on Saturdays since I’m a Seventh Day Adventist?

Some practices are on Saturdays and the big West Shore Conference (WSC), the most important game, is on Saturday. My dad won’t let me go and he’s making me feel so guilty that I want to go to volleyball instead of church, but how can I just let my team down. Is there a bible verse that can help me or one that I can show my father to convince him to let me go.
