why does miss joyce meyer is a pastor when the Bible says women are not allowed to teach in the church?

how can protestants to accept women as pastors if the Bible is clear about that.. I am not against women.. but the Bible is very clear about women.. 1 timothy 2:10-11 women should learn in silence and all humility.. i do now allow them to teach or to have authority over men.. they must keep quiet.. so how come women are becoming pastors in the protestantism? and some claim because the primitive church has women as prophets.. that’s not true there are no names of women as prophets or leaders in the Nt..
the gospel? the paul letters.. how can you make a difference between both things? all the NT is word of God..

Now to answer this question. Yes the Bible does state that! No, and I mean absolutely NO women are to be allowed at the head of the Church! They can teach however, they just can’t be at the head of the Church. Joyce Meyer is part of what I call The Church of the Dog and Pony show!
