Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lead a women’s bible study?

More or less, i’m having a college womens bible study and we’ll be looking into many different chapters in the book of John and I am wondering how bible studies are usually lead. If there are worksheets or what are promising ways to have an effective and or relaxing meeting with other christian women. Thanks~!
